Workplace directive

All Electrolux Group activities must be conducted with respect and consideration for human rights, health and safety as well as for the environment, as outlined in the Electrolux Group Workplace Policy, the Electrolux Group Supplier Workplace Standard and the Electrolux Group Environmental Policy.

The Workplace Directive describes how Group operations and suppliers are to meet the Workplace Policy and the Supplier Workplace Standard criteria. It contains mandatory requirements and best practice. The Directive is also a guide to what auditing criteria Electrolux Group applies in its audits of its own and supplier operations.

Implementing the Workplace Directive

Divided into 16 chapters, the Directive corresponds to each provision within the Workplace Policy and the Supplier Workplace Standard. Electrolux Group employees, including HR and Environmental Managers, undergo training and all suppliers are required to adhere to the Supplier Workplace Standard and the Directive before being accepted as suppliers to ElectroluxGroup.
