Electrolux will never buy another Electrolux.. my family has had the worst experience with your product. Ice maker stopped making ice. Paid $300 plus $165 call-out fee for a replacement ice maker, which didn’t work! only to be told to turn fridge off for 24h so the inside tube could defrost. Therefore my original ice tray was working fine. And now they refuse to offer any reimbursement. Anyone want to buy a perfectly good ice maker tray going cheap? Need recoup $$$ after being ripped off by Electrolux

A high school teacher once told me take a photo leave a footprint which means leave no rubbish how many people would take a job to clean up rubbish what has happened in space all of that debris I understand is circling the earth left by space missions how are you going to clean that up plus I don’t technically know the speed but a piece of space junk is travelling Hundreds of miles per hour how are you meant to catch that also if we cleaned the earth then we could clean space

Very disappointed with customer service and product. We have under bench oven still in warranty and it’s turning itself of And tripping safety switch. Cannot speak with anyone in Australia. 18 days before anyone could come. So no cooking for 2 kids and 4 adults. They said they would get someone to call me within 48 hours to get earlier repair. I’ve heard nothing. I’ll be buying appliances with customer care in Australia next time. Still waiting for service
I’ve just had to talk to someone in the Phillipines because there is no one to help me with my technical support issue. The person said they have never heard of my rangehood problem being logged before my call. So they could not help me at all. Can someone message me so I can have some customer service. Calling an electrician out which I have already had to do is not sufficient customer service….
I'm glad I'm not the only one who is getting stuffed around. The aftercare and customer service is abysmal. They tell me someone is coming to repair the new fridge and it never eventuates. Months on end of empty promises.
What crap service you think is appropriate.
The guy rocks up over 30 minutes, no apology.
Here for 2 minutes!
You have left me without a washing machine for 2.5 weeks.

you need to look into your app I have settings I can’t use half the time because it won’t connect half the time and I always have to tap remote button to get it connecting today the app won’t even load and then says I’m offline when I’m not wifi is working great. my lg app works perfectly fine using it right now. I almost had to get an electrician to come and have a look to see if it’s the machine but I know it isn’t the machine it’s the actual app failing to load properly and glitching. As I was writing this my drier turned off from being too long in standby went into the app and it says it’s online and connected 🥴
My washer/dryer is only a little over a year old. Took a week for service to come out and ended up couldn't repair it without parts and wanted me to wait another 2 weeks. When I called Customer Care and said that was too long, they escalated it and offered a replacement. Well, they just replaced it this morning with a washer only, not the washer/dryer I had. When I called back to have this error fixed, everyone is telling me they are sorry but couldn't do much and I just have to wait for things to be processed (even though they confirmed the machine is in stock in my area). This was your error and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and told that I just have to wait to get it replaced. Are you paying for me to do my laundry at the laundromat? What about taking time from work to call (have been on multiple calls for 5 days since last week) and might need to take time off to be home for the next install? And the team that handles complaint has yet to make direct contact – no call, no email. This is not good enough. If you don't fix this mistake promptly, I will contact the Ombudsman because this is not acceptable.
Don’t ever buy this brand! Exactly the experience as others have posted. Absolutely the worst company., customer “care” . The dryer is the worst ever, useless in humid weather, does not dry clothes for hours, and now the washing machine bought last May 2023, stopped functioning, two weeks for technician to come, now have to order another part, two more weeks at least. Contacted the call centre again, about this, yes in the Phillipines. Now back to the authorised repair company here in Toowoomba, to try and see if it can be replaced, as repair will take so long, which was a waste of time, now another call back to the call centre for assistance again. Either way, we have no working washing machine now for a month, have had to drive to a laundromat, which we will now have to repeat until whenever, and this is becoming very expensive for anyone let alone retirees, as well as stressful. No offer of compensation for that is there Electrolux! Not good enough is an understatement.

The 10 year warranty is so limited. Had a washing machine for 4 years suddenly stopped working how we need to pay for a call out fee to get someone to look into it. All call centre customer care is located offshore in the Phillipines.
We bought a home in a Lifestyle Village and the Induction cooker and the Oven have been serviced numerous times and replaced TWICE. The things still don't work properly and we have been told by one of YOUR OWN technicians that it is well known amongst them that the ovens have a cold spot and the Induction stovetops also have problems. We have been trying to get them removed and a refund now for five weeks and are still fighting a losing battle with your so called customer care team, who really don't care at all. What we will be getting as a refund is minute compared to replacement value because they were bought in bulk by the builder. Now I know that I am going to get the set reply re dming our preferred contact number blah, blah, blah. Your equipment is crap and we are sick to death of not being able to use them. This is the third set of appliances within 18 months. How about you actually care for your customers and do something about a refund and no, we will not be sending a copy of our bank statement as we did not purchase the items, the builder did. The Privacy Commission has agreed that the details we have given you are all that you require to action removal of your crap and issue a refund.
Again Electrolux do not live up to their promises. Promised to pick up Oven and stove top today so we could have a credit paid on Thursday. NA that an't happening. Could not even organise a service person to disconnect so now we have to wait for who now when to no get the pick up and our refund. MY ADVISE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM ELECTROLUX, AEG or any of their other brands they will drag it out for ever. POOR service from a major Australian Company. We know there service staff hate the oven and even agree they have cold spots so why are you selling inferior products. I suppose we will have to ask the ACCC that question.
WarningWestinghouse and Electrolux are on the brink of financial collapse. If you plan to purchase any of their products, be aware they may not fulfill future warranty obligations especially if they are purchased by a Chinese company. All of their fridges are made in Thailand and speaking with technicians, they are struggling to fix issues and opting to replace the unit (with another faulty unit). Almost all senior staff have left the Australian organisation in Casula and the global ceo has been shown the door. PLEASE do your research before you buy.

Not sure who else is sick of being abused by the individuals on the electrolux call centre but I am!!!!!! I would like someone from the complaints department to contact me regarding a service booking that I have made with your service department. When I ring to find out what part I need to purchase for my fridge the call centre will not tell me or give me any information about the actual part that I need to purchase!! Wonder why?? Because they only want to sell the part through the service centre. Guess what you don't sell the part anymore and I have to look to external sources and you refuse to give me the part number or why it is needed. I have tried the number 131349 and been abused by some overseas call centre.
Hopeless they are, if your considering buying electrolux or aeg run away as fast as you can, Service???????????????????????????????????
All I can say is never again😡
Call the 13 numbers and all you get is a referral from an overseas operator to look elsewhere as its not part of the services or information they can supply.
What a joke of a company, zero support. In my opinion the worst company I have ever dealt with, I regret having purchased two of their products.
Electrolux. Very unprofessional people and very rude people.
No technical support, no engineering support on their tengehood applications.
Mobile no 0432754596 their tech in Sydney – very unhelpful and useless, not interested answering any product related questions, hangups on his phone. Very rude person.
