The Electrolux Code of Conduct is a fundamental part of our strategy. It is an introduction to our most important policies and principles, and guides employees in the Electrolux way of doing business.
Communicating clear values about integrity and respect for people and the environment is important to remain a trusted company and a sustainability leader. This is not only important for the company and our employees, but also for our shareholders, customers and other key stakeholders.
The Code serves as an introduction, and for more guidance within a specific area, employees are referred to policies, directives and guidelines.
In alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Code contains Electrolux policy statement on human rights.
Employees are expected to speak up if they see behavior that are not in line with our Code and policies. If they wish to remain anonymous, they have the option of reporting through our Ethics Helpline.
