Never before has Electrolux been awarded Top Employer in so many countries across Europe as this year. For the first time, Electrolux in Switzerland and Austria are among the organizations recognized by the Top Employers Institute as a leading employer for creating exceptional employee conditions.
Electrolux stood out in the areas of business strategy, values, ethics and integrity, talent acquisition and leadership. The company has been certified in Sweden, Spain, Italy, UK, Poland, Germany, France, Switzerland, and Austria, the last two being new additions. Once a company has been recognized in five or more countries, it receives the Top Employer Europe certification by the Top Employers Institute. This is the fourth consecutive year that Electrolux has been named Top Employer Europe.
