Electrolux has been named Top Employer 2017 in four of its largest markets – the UK, Italy, Spain and France – by the Top Employers Institute which globally certifies excellence in the conditions that employers create for their people.
Electrolux in Spain and Italy have been certified as Top Employer for the sixth year in a row, France for the second consecutive year, while the UK entered the certification program for the first time this year.

The Top Employers Institute has been recognizing excellence for 25 years across 116 countries. For certification, nine macro areas are analyzed: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, performance management, career & succession management, company culture, learning and development, compensation & benefits, and leadership development.
