An Electrolux survey carried out at the recent Stockholm DesignBoost event asked attendees, including designers, architects and planners what their thoughts were on the predicted rise of urbanization (according to UN Statistics it is suggested that 74% of the global population will live in an urban populace by 2050).
The results? Thoughtful, integrated design can ensure urbanization has a positive global impact. 80% of respondents embrace urbanization as an opportunity to make the world a better place.
