Electrolux Poland launches Taste & Share app to help combat food waste

According to the UN’s Food & Agriculture organization, one third of the food produced in the world for human consumption – approximately 1.3 billion tons - gets lost or wasted each year. Electrolux has teamed up with local NGOs in Poland to develop an app for individuals and organizations to share food that might otherwise have ended up in the bin.
