Does anyone have a address for me to serve legal paperwork on AEG as they are gonna get sued because I don't take kindly to being lied to and ignored.
2 months without a working hob! AEG doesn't seem to be able to fix my appliance and I still wait for a response from them. Christmas is approaching and we still can't cook in our own kitchen. So I only consider your wishes for happy holidays as a joke!

AEG would never buy another product from them Oven stopped working on Boxing Day only 2.5 years old it had hardly been used ,never had a cooker fail on us in 50 years then it fails on our golden wedding celebration then finally got a response from AEG it’s only taken 2 weeks can’t come out for another week and they want £180 what a joke they have a very long way to go to understand customer service.Avoid buy another named product save yourself a lot of hassle!

We have been customers for over twenty years and we have always loved the design, innovation and value of AEG appliances, but this time our cooker hood developed a malfunction after 10 days from installation. We though it will be repaired… we have been lied now for 2 months , they refuse to own up to warranty or consumer act 2015. We had two visit from very dubious engineers who lied and told us: first the unit was normal and then that it was malfunctioning because our installation was not correct!
Absolutely outrageous service so we now are forced to get our £840 back from Barclaycard!

Why does your support say they'll transfer me to the appliance sales team for a refund and then nothing, been waiting over an hour for someone to respond. Happened across browser and WhatsApp support app chats. This is after I called earlier and got disconnected after 15mins on hold.
Wish id found this page before I ordered aeg appliances as part of my new kitchen.
What a shower. Microwave delivered November installed December never worked. Taken away 9th january……big hole in my new kitchen.

I have an AEG sensor oven with steam cooking and pyrolytic cleaning feature. The oven back which has a fan and element cover fixed to it has corroded so badly that the cover fell off due to the rust and cannot be screwed back on. AEG blame environmental conditions as the cause of the problem. It is a steam oven! This must have been gradually rusting from very early in its life.
AEG customer service try their hardest to deflect you and avoid any responsibility and communicating with them seems to take you round an endless automated doom loop making it difficult to speak to a human being. When reaching the human voice they send standard options for a resolution which takes you back into an automated process again. Frustrating and useless. In my view the product is not fit for purpose even if it is outside the warranty period.
After decades of buying AEG products this is my last purchase ever from this company
Very upset with AEG. Booked a repair for our fridge freezer as the freezer temperature kept altering. Thought we’d book with the manufacturer to get it fixed properly and we were in no rush as it all still worked and we thought the issue was because the seal had split.
They subcontracted out the job and the repair was diagnosed with needing a new circuit board. This was fitted on 1st April and I noticed the next day the freezer had stopped working all together and the fridge had frozen all my food. We called AEG who put us through to their subcontractor who couldn’t come out until 7th April. On the 7th they said the wrong thing was fixed and the compressor needs replacing and they will have to order a part. My husband rang up that day and the earliest they would book us in for is 14th April. He has tried complaining and got no where, AEG kept referring to the subcontractors even when he reminded AEG we booked the job with them and our contract is with them. No one cares that we lost all our food, no one cares that we no longer have a working fridge freezer that originally had a minor error we could live with. We have 3 children, one a baby and I lost several bags of breastmilk when the freezer broke 😢😩
To top it all off, we’ve had a text today to say our job is delayed as the part hasn’t arrived (the appointment isn’t until Monday?!) and no alternative date offered.
Do not use AEG!!
Before buying any AEG appliance go over and read trust pilots reviews. They Charge so much money for appliances but they don’t last long. Had an American fridge freezer which was deemed unrepairable – was only 3 years old 😮. After care shocking! Paid for repair service through them and it took a year for the engineers to come to a conclusion it was not fixable. Over to Samsung I go 👋🏼
Trying to arrange a return of a microwave. Called and the message on the line advises its closed for Xmas!!! Its the 17th of December!! By the time new year is here, Im halfway into the window for returns. Handy to have a giant box in the kitchen for making xmas dinner too. No response on whatsapp or chat too. Ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY FROM AEG. APPALLING SERVICE I paid and ordered a washing machine on December 1st. The washing machine still hasn't arrived and with 2 failed deliver slots. I requested a refund on December 18th and have heard nothing since. AEG have also not answered my complaint email from 2 weeks ago. I have left messages for their call centre to call me back and have heard nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM AEG. APPALLING SERVICE

Please everyone take note of all the negative posts on here. I have two Aeg ovens that are not very old but out of warranty. I paid to have one repaired and the company repairing it declared it written off after 4 attempts. My more expensive oven above which has a steam function and was just under £1500 has now packed up and I would rather buy from another company than pursue this company.
After researching and busting what was suggested as good, I now have no working ovens after spending over £2000.
AEG don’t deserve customers, my first oven went wrong a feed weeks past the warranty and they would not repair it even after spending so much on their products.
DO NOT BUY AEG.
Absolute joke of a company. Would never purchase an AEG product, because when things go wrong they just don’t put things right! My 87 year old parents have a faulty microwave (from purchase time) and despite 4 visits from engineers and a diagnosis of a faulty door catch) still not fixed as AEG need yet another video of the microwave not working. Which of course my 87 year old parents (with no phone to video) can’t take or send. AEG be totally ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting behaviour!
It's a shame you sell ovens that are not fit for purpose !!! My daughter's oven door exploded ( when it wasn't even turned on ) was told an engineer would call round to replace the door, had to take a day off work only to find out it was an inspection only and that they would return in a few days to replace the door and then only to be told that you are out of stock and the door won't be replaced until July!!!
But ironically you have the said door in stock for a cost of £120.
AEG goods are not fit for purpose. Stick to Bosch!!!
Happy Holiday it definitely was not .I ordered on line a new dishwasher with delivery , removal of current machine and installation of new dishwasher all seemed straight forward.Delivery date offered was 24th December ideal as extended family coming the festival period.
On the 24th delivery arrived on time then the trauma commenced.
The 2 delivery men had no English that was useful. They made a phone call to a 3rd party I went to ask my husband to come there was a problem.When he entered the kitchen one of the men had removed a carving knife from the kitchen block and was just finishing severing the main pipes under the sink to remove the old dishwasher water everywhere luckily stop tap had just been turned off. One of the delivery men said no tools only drivers which point my husband asked them to leave. It was 12noon Christmas Eve no water no useable kitchen sink as the main piped severed by a carving knife.I phoned AEG who said they'd refund installation fee and start an investigation.Emergency plumber took pity and came with a call out fee.l phoned AEG last week to be told the current waiting time was 18 HOURS.I thought I'd misheard so checked was it minutes no definitely hours.
I thought we were dealing with a reputable firm that would similar contractors so beware when purchasing from AEG.
I have an AEG washing machine and have just bought an AEG tumble dryer and stacking system. Contrary to what it says on the box of the stacking system, it is not compatible with all front loading AEG machines. I have tried to get advice from AEG, I called, held for 10 mins then was told to leave a message. No response to message. Then WhatsApped with all relevant info. In the space of 24 hours I have dealt with a bot and 4 different people, none of whom have offered any advice, let alone useful advice. All they each do is ask for the same info that I've provided multiple times already.
Highly frustrating, and frankly, the worst customer experience I've experienced in a long long time.
My advice? Shop elsewhere.

We are on our third induction hob. AEG IKX64301CB for the same reason… the glass top has cracked due to an accidental impact.
On changing them over I found that the glass simply unclipped and can be removed in about 30 seconds. Great so let's see how much just the glass is in case of future mishaps!

Fantastic business model. So if you crack the glass, rather than sell the spare glass top for £30-40 which is all it'll be worth. AEG spares want the same price for the glass top spare part as for a whole new induction hob. That my friends is disgusting. 😡😡😞
We have been waiting two weeks for our fridge to arrive. Last week I was in the house, windows open, door bell functioning, but no delivery. The delivery men took a photo outside of my house and then reported that no one was at home. Absolute nonsense. We have no fridge, it's not like I was waiting in for a hairdryer….. then tonight we were sat outside in our front garden during the two hour window and we were tracking the delivery men – they were minutes from the house on the A4 near Old Barrow Hill in Shirehampton. They failed to deliver. Two opportunities to deliver, still no fridge. Appalling service, I will never buy AEG again. I shall be escalating this on every platform available.

Absolutely appalling customer service! I am still gobsmacked!!
Our Reaction to AEG!
Yesterday, on the official AEG UK website, we were about to purchase the AEG 7000 Series ORK7M391EW. We had completed all the steps and were only at the payment stage when a few questions came to mind. We reached out to live support, but unfortunately, the response came very late. By the time they replied, we were told the product would be delivered within 7 days. We thought, “It’s already late, we’ll buy it tomorrow instead.”
Today, when we tried to complete the purchase, we were shocked. In our saved order details, we saw that the exact same product had suddenly increased by £100—with no explanation whatsoever.
From a brand like AEG, which is supposed to stand for reliability and trust, this is utterly disappointing.
This kind of approach is non-transparent, trust-damaging, and shows no respect for customer satisfaction.
Instead of earning loyalty, practices like this are unethical, inappropriate, and confidence-shattering.
We strongly condemn AEG for this! The reason we are sharing this message is to warn potential buyers and reveal how the company actually treats its customers.
DO NOT BUY AEG, they work until they stop (within the warranty) there is no aftercare. Many engineer visits. Disorganised repair service system. On the phone with call centre for hours on end. They left you waiting with elevator music and if you are holding on long enough, the line is cut off anyway. We have been without a working tumble dryer for 2 months now. Pathetic.
My brand new, delivered yesterday washing machine is not working. No one on the online chat, no one answering customer service (having been transferred four times). Wish I had stuck to NEFF.

Worse company to buy from with the absolute worse customer care ever 😡 literally paid £2200 for a coffee machine for my new kitchen with hard earned saved money… had it fitted in may and was stuck in demo mode from day 1 wich its still stuck in demo mode… it's taken AEG 6 months to send an engineer out who have said it's broken and never been used, because aeg have left it longer than 28days I now have to have a repaired machine wich I am not having!!! How can you repair a machine that's never been used and only over 28 days old because you as company have sat on it for 6 months !!! And to top it all the staff are the rudest people ever!! Sort it out aeg and acknowledge my complaint I will continue to leave this comment on all you ads until you sort this out and replace my machine 😡
I agree with you. I cannot recommend AEG. My six month old AEG has had 4 weeks out of the last 6 out of action it takes 2 weeks each time to get an engineer. Machine now repaired using duck tape I provided. Very 'string and chewing gum'. I cannot recommend AEG at all. And it needs an extra spin on every wash cycle. Real pain, it should spin properly or at least have a programmable option for more spin. I cannot recommend AEG.
I wish we had bought Neff or Bosch. Feel so let down
Worst Company Ever!
I ordered a dishwasher two weeks ago, and to this day, I still have no idea when it will be delivered. The customer service is awful! Every day they lie and provide no real information. It's incredibly frustrating! Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a new washing machine end of October. No contact within the first 3 days as specified when I ordered it. Delivery eventually confirmed then cancelled an hour before they were due by email.
No call on the phone or explanation??!!
Second delivery booked,van turns up without my machine on board. Couldn’t converse properly as English clearly not his first language.This is after a family member drove up to take delivery for me as I was at work.
Eventually managed to get in touch with aeg,girl didn’t even know the first delivery had been cancelled??
Machine eventually gets to me Friday morning.
No e mail or call of apology so far from aeg.
Nobody died because of my misplaced machine I appreciate but aeg your customer service is appalling and you seem to be a shambles.
I can’t recommend you and certainly won’t be using you again.
Just go to Curry’s and buy one.
Based on my experience with AEG heat pump drier I would avoid. Yes it tumbles but it never dries. 18 months in and 3 engineer visits later my 2 year warranty has taken me on a merry offshore call center trip to South Africa ( Electrolux ) customer support, the Philippines for Pacifica ( warranty support partner) and finally to sunny Northern Island for the customer support escalation center.
And still no working drier.
Avoid AEG, get an old fashioned condensing dryer or vented dryer or even a dehumidifier.

Like many, many others on every single post you make, I cannot emphasise enough DO NOT BUY AEG!!! Our washing machine was out of warranty. By 4 weeks. We are now waiting on our fifth (!) engineer visit. A second new drum needs fitting. We've had no washing machine for a month. DO NOT BUY AEG!
If you’re thinking of purchasing an AEG built in coffee machine, I’d recommend you look at an alternative brand. We are on our third machine. 6 months ago paid £160 for a repair for an issue with an error alert, which we couldn’t clear. This took about 6 weeks to rectify as the repair staff didn’t know how to fix it. 4 months later we had the same error and were told we needed to pay again! Good will gesture of £80! (Originally they said we wouldn’t have to pay again). How can you be expected to pay again, when it’s the same fault! Not a cheap appliance either!

Dreadfull company !!! We have left with washer dryer worth £1200 which stopped drying clothes after 10m9nth since buying. They've send engineer who from first visit try to convince us don't doing the washing-drying properly ….yeee suddenly after 10 month we've unlearned it 😅 His second visit was the same. As he couldn't find any issue ( for him) hmmm I do not think he even try, he just replaced control board ( which he told from the beginning it won't fixed problem) and still try to convince this time my partner we do not now hoe to use it properly. Mind blowing customer service !! Today we got an emial saying the claim is closed beacuse '"The engineer noted that the applience have missused and that you are frequently changing the programms". What that even mean? I thought the programms are for different use, right? FYI i used maybe 3 programms overall from. At this point we will forward this case to Ombudsman. We didn't pay £1200 just for washing machine and we have left just with washing machine at this point. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM AEG !!
The Pacifica who sub-contract to do the maintenance for AEG keep accusing my cookware is not induction compatible! Even i show them the Le Creuset cookware. Either the engineer never know what Le Creuset it is or they don't want to repair . I spent half year deal with them and still not yet fit .I wonder what brand of cookware specified for AEG HOG

Just had a new kitchen and our washing machine stopped working with an error, engineer came out over a week later and put in a new circuit board and then it stopped working again a couple of hours later, then trying to get hold of someone is a nightmare!!!!!!!!
You gotta be kidding , high end lol 😂, 1 oven and now on 2nd tumbledrier, i will never buy another aeg appliance again and will warn others against your products
DO NOT BUY from AEG. Their products are USELESS and there is no after care / warranty. I am going to trading standards as it is bordering on criminal.
We paid to repair our oven. The engineer came, spent 5 mins and guess that there was something wrong with one part. He said he ordered the part at the time and will fix in a week. It’s been a month now and when we called to follow up, they are saying that the part is no longer available and they can only do a partial refund because the engineer has been to see the oven. He barely looked at the oven and ‘guessed’ what’s wrong. Should’ve read these comments before we paid. It’s a rip off.
Awful products and service – avoid – wish I'd read the reviews on Trust PIlot first and not ordered an oven that I paid to have fitted professionally and does not work, and they have failed to collect for four weeks now! AVOID.

If you are planning a kitchen makeover, make sure that you pick a reliable appliance manufacturer. Let's face it AEG can't be trusted. Expensive rubbish. Let's face it people there is so much better out there
Never buy AEG again , our washing machine shows 3 mins left, it worked another 20 mins but the total time should be only 13 mins of rinse, such a joke.

Shocking service
My AEG fridge freezer stopped working just two months after purchase. After I reported the issue, their customer service scheduled an engineer visit for two days later, only to cancel the appointment the evening before due to illness. They can't arrange another engineer and have only offered £75 towards a replacement fridge. To make matters worse, the next available service appointment is 10 days away, and AEG won't cover my shopping costs exceeding £200. Don't be fooled by the hype—AEG is a waste of money and time.

I have two of these oven but one has the light on when cooking the other one doesn’t
Absolute disgrace of a company’s – my house developer (linden – they are also dreadful!) installed a fridge freezer. Within 3 years it’s broke. I paid for an engineer to look and he said manufacturing fault need to be replaced. Called AEG they wouldn’t accept what I said and said I had to pay for one Their engineers to go out to check their faulty fridge !! He arrived told my tenant it had failed it’s a manufacturing defect. They did not report back to me at all! I have now spent over 3 hours trying to get though to post warranty and Saima has failed to get back to me . AEGs fridge is faulty and yet I am having to go though all this ti get it replaced and get my money back for the engineers visits I have had to pay for . It’s a totally disgrace

Never buying an Aeg appliance again, my Fridge Freezer died after less than 3 years due to an inherent fault, and all Aeg did was give me the chance to buy a more expensive model. Shocking customer service and product quality.
The worst customer service!!!! New kitchen fitted last October, my AEG hob broke on the 1st June and I am still waiting for it to be repaired!! The engineer that came out has messed us about with not turning up 3 times then lying about what he said to us on the initial visit. We are beyond fed up now as the part apparently was never ordered for repair when he 100% said that the part had been ordered. Coming up to the 3 month mark now, completely unacceptable 😤 I asked for a replacement as I have 2 kids to feed, they said no because it can be repaired… REPAIR IT THEN 😡
BOUGHT A VACUUM CLEANER WHICH HAS BROKEN LOADS OF TIMES. I TOLD THEM THAT IT HAS STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY IN SEPTEMBER AND STILL NOT RESOLVED EVEN THOUGH IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. THEY SAID I OCTOBER THAT THEY HAD SENT ME A REPLACEMENT PART. THAT HAS TURNED OUT TO BE A COMPLETE LIE. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. USE A BETTER BRAND!!
Why does the combination oven that I purchased still not able to link to WiFi? Or rather it does link up but there is no recipes or suggestions a available (this to me was one of the selling points) also the turbo grill takes forever to heat up, the screen has also refused to work unless I turn it off, and as for the true fan cooking this I do not believe fully works either as it takes the same time as a normal oven and at the same temperature as a normal oven!- it does not like switching from oven to microwave mode as it does not work fully- just disappointed with this product
We are incredibly disappointed in the service and quality. We bought a dishwasher, hob, double fan oven and integrated microwave for the kitchen in our new extension. We thought we'd 'treat ourselves' by spending nearly £3000. However, the oven has barely been in use since installation in May. It has a known fault F113 which alledgedly should have been fixed after motherboard replacement. I have come home again today to the fault message!! The microwave has been the same, barely used and only now after 3 engineer visits appears to be working. The most expensive microwave I've ever bought and the most unreliable. We are so upset by this and the poor customer service who told us to go back to the retailer despite being out of their 30 day period! We do not have time to stay in waiting every few weeks for a repair.

I migrated away from Bosch following multiple reoccurring issues. The series 9000 tumble dryer has so far been a great machine. Just needed to understand / find more out about the suitability of the special programmes on certain fabrics.

Wish I had seen the reviews before by buying my fridge freezer. Been two months without a fridge freezer and 5 different engineer visits and still no fix and now a condemned fridge and the offer of £75 when the fridge is just 3 years old. Two weeks for a complaint to be answered and still no further forward. Definitely deserves the one star on trust pilot

I have an induction hob that is 4 months old and has developed a fault which requires an engineer visit.
1. I reported it on the 1st Feb
2. Earliest appointment for an engineer to attend is the 28th Feb
3. Advised by AEG to buy a second hand portable hob in the meantime (not much consideration for safety here)
4. AEG will pay £70 towards the hob, however I have to pay for it first then reclaim it from AEG after the engineer has visited – in a month’s time!! I guess this means there is no guarantee I will get the money’s back.
Absolutely shocking aftercare. AEG do you think this is acceptable????
Again I am mesaging on here as our oven once again after the motherboards being replaced has the f113 fault, supposedly should have been resolved by this replacement!!! Now my new AEG Dishwasher has stopped working!!! DO NOT buy these appliances!! We have had nothing but trouble with our £4000 of brand new equipment in our new kitchen. I have never had this with any other brand. I am so disappointed as they are only 3 months old.
Fyi. Years ago I used to be featured on Which local, because I did good works for Which customer subscribers. Now Which want £40 a month to be "approved" By them…

I don't really know how you have won this. We are now on our third oven (first one was damaged) but last two have had the same fault and had to be replaced by the retailer. You know there is a fault with this oven and yet you continue to sell them. I am now having to wait for an engineer to come and tell me they know there is a problem and there is nothing we can do about it. Well for an oven worth £1200, I think there should be something you can do!!
DO NOT buy anything from AEG. Their customer service is appalling. They and their outsource service partners are atrocious and we are now in the process of escalating our complaint after our induction hob failed after 8 months. We're now 6 weeks into waiting for a repair and are no further forward.

Had 2 Aeg gas cookers one replaced under warranty possibly in only 6 yr period !
Both had same issues oven switching off and now door has fallen off bottom oven requiring replacement door !
On inspection hinge is a peg that fits through a hole in another bracket which over time metal rubs against metal and wears pin and door falls off !
Bad design .
So unfortunately its bye bye AEG for ever !

Absolutely appalling experience with AEG. We bought a washer and dryer machine, which worked fine for about 3y but then stopped drying. We paid an out of warranty repair and that’s when the disaster started: they couldn’t sort out what the problem was, sent 6 different engineers over 6 months to try fix it, but nothing worked. On the last call, this month, the engineer told us he was going to change the PCB as a last resort after messing around with some sensor, but the part was not in stock, so another visit. 30min after he left, the machine also stopped washing, leaving us with 2 babies without an essential appliance. Countless calls to AEG and Pacifica (their repair contractors) to only say they cannot send anyone to at least try fixing the washer before 2 weeks. As of today, we’re waiting a call from a manager to see what they can do, because an engineer was supposed to come today to have a look, but instead we got a text that our appointment was pushed back again.
Look elsewhere for quality appliances and support.

How can you repair a machine that's never been used and only over 28 days old because you as company have sat on it for 6 months !!! And to top it all the staff are the rudest people ever!! Sort it out aeg and acknowledge my complaint I will continue to leave this comment on all you ads until you sort this out and replace my machine 😡
Just sent them email complaint about my comfortlift dishwasher – which has just stopped working – not happy at all after just 3 years- not expecting much help at all after reading all the reviews and feedback about them. Wishing I had bought another brand now but it was the lifting mechanism that I wanted- shame other brands do not do a similar bit of tech.
well, had a reply from AEG via the messenger page – completely unhelpful and telling me i have to pay for a service engineer if I want dishwasher looked at – and in a nutshell they don't give a toss once the appliance is out of warranty plus 6 weeks, and 3 years is classed as way past that, doesnt matter what product or what price, basically you are on your own and tough s***. Really not impressed
Worst Company Ever!
I ordered a dishwasher two weeks ago, and to this day, I still have no idea when it will be delivered. The customer service is awful! Every day they lie and provide no real information. It's incredibly frustrating! Avoid this company at all costs.
I have a Fridge Freezer model SCK8191VTS that is less than 4 years old. Today I had your engineer to repair the unit and he has said it is beyond economical repair. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a product must last for a reasonable time. A kitchen appliance is deemed a reasonable time as 10 years. If it last less than 6 years it has to be replaced by a new unit. I would like to know if it is for you to replace or is it for the company who sold the item to replace the item.
I recently purchased a washing machine..during registration i was informed that during the warranty period i would be charged £160 for engineer call out plus extra for parts if anything goes wrong with the washing machine …this is not advertised upfront! Other manufacturers do not charge during warranty period!
Wouldn't ever bother with an AEG appliance again. Fixed dishwasher twice during warranty. But same problem occurs 2 months later and they don't want to know. Won't accept design fault.
I’ve had no less than five engineer visits and a lot of dialogue on the phone about my comfort lift dishwasher, which won’t lift at all. To add to this, the basket only comes out half way making it awkward to stack and unload plates etc. This appliance was bought as a means to avoid straining after an operation. Keep getting asked for the serial number etc when AEG already has it. Cost over £800! Can hardly say I’m being impatient after spending five days waiting in for nothing and nearly a year later still not resolved. Upset and disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting non-existent customer service. Ive tried ringing them, virtual assistance and WhatsApp. AEG have 60% of 1 star ratings on Trustpilot. I am desperately trying to cancel my order and getting stressed by the minute. I wish to god I'd never ordered.
Hi I really need help! My 5 month old AEG washing machine has EFO error and water leaking it just won’t work. Took ages to get through to team after being cut off managed to speak to someone who said first appointment wasn’t until 4th June, I really can’t be without a washing machine for all that time (it’s already been 5 days) 😭 I’m also worried that I haven’t had any confirmation to say the appointment is booked in. I don’t feel that it is reasonable for AEG to expect me to wait all this time.
Avoid at all costs, 3K fridge freezer just out of warranty, two visits from an engineer, 1st visit just told to defrost and it will be ok, 2nd visit and it’s beyond economical repair, due to insulation fault during manufacturing and now it’s tough, it’s your problem.
An absolute insult of a discount on a replacement appliance which would equate to over £5000 spent on fridge freezers in less than four years.
No refund on the fix price repair. what an absolute joke of an outfit AEG, Electrolux 😡😡😡😡
This is what to expect from AEG -This is in relation to a freezer door handle that snapped off in my hand and purchased from AEGs own website only 23 weeks ago.
Unfortunately The part you received would be a chargeable replacement at this time.
this is because it was fitted around 5 months ago.

When you order a spare part it says 3/5 working days for delivery. Here I am on day 7 and still nothing ……….. can’t even track it – come on AEG time to be a bit more user friendly. Nobody answers the phone either 🤬🤬🤬

So update on my post which prompted a number of you to share similar stories, thank you. 8th engineer visit failed to repair extractor (this has now taken 2 months) offered to replace but when chased today it is out of stock, expected back in stock next week but they can’t tell me when I will get my replacement. Despite sending in 2 complaints via the email they give you and the online contact form I have received no response. Asked for a ‘direct email address’ or telephone number and been refused, they don’t have a number for complaints and the email I have used is the only one! What an absolute shambles. I have written to Watchdog/The One Show and would ask you to do the same so hopefully they pick up the problems and expose them for what they are watchdog@bbc.co.uk

Hi AEG, our dishwasher broke down after 5 weeks of use. We have now been 7 weeks without it as your warranty team keep passing up back and forth.

Absolutely fed up with AEG! I have been without a dishwasher since Feb. Under warranty issue and they took so long to sort it out it went out of warranty! Same problem as in warranty and they are saying they can't replace because it is now out of warranty. They told me I can't speak to anyone as managers don't take phone calls. Emailed so many times as managers only respond to emails (they don't!) Promised these imaginary managers would get back to me by customer service staff and nothing. Avoid this company as they do not uphold their warranty agreement! It is not my fault Pacifica they use couldn't fix the warranty issue in a timely manner. Pacifica do not check the appliance is working before they close the job down each time they visit. I will be taking this further!

Had a call last Friday from AEG after posting which reenergised their effort to fix our complaint. However, a call in the afternoon was promised with a path forward. But we are now late Tuesday afternoon and still no follow up. So three months after saying our extractor isn’t working- after just over a year of use we don’t have a working extractor and still no phone number I can call directly- just people they subcontract to- and we are they have no power to take action. Ridiculous after sales support from AEG. 3 months and 4 visits- someone should just make a decision and install a replacement. 😫😤😭

Shame on you AEG! Hundreds if not thousands of orders not fulfilled for vacuums sold on your website mid May. No info on this subject, only by chance when I tried to chase my order up I’ve learned that although you took the money, you have none in stock! When asked when it will be restocked then – no info, no delivery date in sight! Getting through to the CS team – impossible! This bloody Freya redirecting all the calls to spare parts department who know nothing about new appliances. Mess, huge mess. Poor communication, poor service, poor company! 🤬

The worst customer service ever! It is super hard to get in touch with customer service and I feel like I am being fobbed off. I cannot get a tracking number for my supposed toaster replacement that I have been waiting for 2 months. They are ridiculous to deal with. My toaster has been used about 7 times and then handle suddenly won’t work or stay down. I am in warranty with over a year left. And this is what I get.. a fake promise of replacement that was never ever sent!! Dodgy scam company with badly built products! Avoid at all costs!
Brand new microwave, breaks after 5 months. This was in February. They have sent 2 different companies to repair it (6 different times). They repair it and breaks again within days or week. Since February we have only had a working microwave for 4/5 weeks overall. They refuse to replace it. With a 2 year old and a new baby arriving in 4 weeks they are making our lives miserable 😭 please, we need HELP!
Absolutely appalled at AEG. Bought an integrated washer dryer machine before Easter. When the technician fit it three weeks later he damaged my kitchen integrated units by drilling into the front of the gloss panel to pull it out leaving unsightly marks! He also used old cables instead of new ones and the installation was appalling. To top it off the machine was faulty and AEG couldn’t get another one to us for nearly a further month so we had to order one from a different provider. They picked up the faulty machine a week later and a further three weeks after we are still awaiting our refund. It’s been promised numerous times and still not materialised. No apology for damaging the units either from them or their fitters. Shocking customer service and will never buy from them again. Just want our money back!

My dryer doesn’t do what you say, it decides itself if it wants to dry my clothes or just keep turning off. AEG aren’t interested in putting right, they don’t believe me and the engineer just upped the heat settings! Waste of money.
I can only give my opinion based on buying an AEG heat pump tumble dryer. It is worse than useless. It is so bad I thought it was broken but after a visit from the engineer he told me it was working fine and " this is just how they perform ". That means they actually don't dry clothes and no water has ever been collectedin the water tray. Finally we have given up and have just bought a dehumidifier and use it in the same room and it is amazing. Clothes dry and the electricity cost is low.
Don't buy a AEG heat pump would be my advice
Based on my experience with AEG heat pump drier I would avoid. Yes it tumbles but it never dries. 18 months in and 3 engineer visits later my 2 year warranty has taken me on a merry offshore call center trip to South Africa ( Electrolux ) customer support, the Philippines for Pacifica ( warranty support partner) and finally to sunny Northern Island for the customer support escalation center.
And still no working drier.
Avoid AEG, get an old fashioned condensing dryer or vented dryer or even a dehumidifier.
Use my experience to your own advantage

I would NEVER buy AEG products again and would never recommend them to anyone. We had a new kitchen in 2016 with all AEG products. We've had to replace the washing maching; the microwave was repaired twice before finally giving up the ghost; the oven has been repaired; now, a spring on the dishwasher has gone so the door drops down (great when you have two young children!) and the induction hob has just started playing up. Absolute disgrace with what they charge that their products don't last any longer than a couple of years.
Funny this advert as I bought one direct end of Nov 2022. Still no sign of it. No one helps and just says we will sort it.
E mailed the CEO as I think the boss should know how BAD company is.

AEG broke my induction hob during a repair in July and still refuse to take any responsibility. It's still not resolved. keep calling and getting "disconnected" or put on hold until the customer services dept. closes.

Never buy AEG .Terrible customer service. My brand new tumble dryer ruined my bedding as it has a sharp bit inside the drum. They will replace the machine but not my bedding which was shredded. £150 down on it's first use ! Sent photos of the damage but they won't compensate me because the duvet set is too creased and apparently it wouldn't come out that creased on the XL bedding setting even though it was in for over 2 hours getting pulled to pieces. I have spent 4 days backwards and forwards trying to get them to replace the bedding and still no joy. If you buy an appliance that ruins the items it's suppose to dry on its first use apparently that's tough luck !
I had a double oven delivered, the timer did not work a new oven was exactly the same. The service company called twice but the oven timer still does not work. I have asked for a refund but my retailer is being cold shouldered by AEG.
Dreadfull company !!! We have left with washer dryer worth £1200 which stopped drying clothes after 10m9nth since buying. They've send engineer who from first visit try to convince us don't doing the washing-drying properly ….yeee suddenly after 10 month we've unlearned it 😅 His second visit was the same. As he couldn't find any issue ( for him) hmmm I do not think he even try, he just replaced control board ( which he told from the beginning it won't fixed problem) and still try to convince this time my partner we do not now hoe to use it properly. Mind blowing customer service !! Today we got an emial saying the claim is closed beacuse '"The engineer noted that the applience have missused and that you are frequently changing the programms". What that even mean? I thought the programms are for different use, right? FYI i used maybe 3 programms overall from. At this point we will forward this case to Ombudsman. We didn't pay £1200 just for washing machine and we have left just with washing machine at this point. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM AEG !!

2 out of 4 kitchen appliances broken within 2.5 years of purchasing. After multiple chats with customer service, I have not even got the energy to go into why this company and products are so bad. Have a quick look at Trust Pilot. 316 reviews and 93% are a 1 star. Anyone would be crazy to buy anything from this company after reading these reviews.
Absolute disgrace of a company paid £819 for a cooker in February 2021 ( same one for sale today at £1119 ) 5 year warranty third time in 3 weeks it's broken down engineer came yesterday for it to break again the same evening – reported and wait till next Thursday for another engineer visit will have been unable to cook a meal properly now for 4 weeks ! Still won't agree to replace constant messing and not sorting the problem how are we supposed to have a Christmas when can't even cook a quick meal !! AVOID !!!

AEG hi freezer not worked for 9 weeks and still no idea as you have been waiting for a part for 5 weeks
Absolutely nightmare never again will I buy or recommend AEG products fridge freezer is four months old and the fridge does not work have had to throw so much good food ,they refuse to replace it they want to repair it it’s four months old just give me one that works correctly by the sounds of it I think I did the wrong thing thinking these are quality products as clearly they are not why supply products that clearly have issues just a bit of honesty would be good.shame on you.

AEG first reported BRAND new coffee machine issue 20th November 23
Potentially it's being repaired 5th Jan 24. (I hold out no hope on this)
(Aprox 46 days (yes I appreciate includes Xmas and weekends)
A very simple part replacement was/ is needed. (Engineers words)
Your coffee machine is intended to be good quality product. (Anything but)
Your service is worse than a refund request at a car boot.

Like many, many others on every single post you make, I cannot emphasise enough DO NOT BUY AEG!!! Our washing machine was out of warranty. By 4 weeks. We are now waiting on our fifth (!) engineer visit. A second new drum needs fitting. We've had no washing machine for a month. DO NOT BUY AEG!
