Electrolux applies International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the European Union. For more information see Note 1 in the Annual Report. Note that historical figures have been adjusted for changes in reporting structure of business areas, new accounting standards etc., which means that they can differ compared to previously reported figures in interim- and annual reports.

As of 1 January 2024, Electrolux Group has reorganized into three regional business areas. As from 2022, the financials refer to these three business areas: the combined business area Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa, and North America and Latin America, per quarter and full year for 2022 and 2023.

Electrolux Professional was separated from the Electrolux Group on March 23, 2020. As from 2018, the financials refer to the consumer business, continuing operations, exclusive of Electrolux Professional, unless otherwise stated.


Restated figures for 2022 and 2023 are according to Electrolux new business area structure.

On January 1, 2024, Electrolux revised its business area structure:

  • The Group reorganized into three regional business areas, combining the two business areas Europe and Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa. The other two business areas; North America and Latin America remains unchanged.

In the documents below, the restatement effects of these changes are outlined, including quarterly figures for sales, operating income and net assets, as well as historical figures before the reorganization.
