Since re-entering the Indian market in 2022, Electrolux in India has doubled its sales each year. Electrolux-branded products are now available in over 270 retail stores nationwide, supported by a dedicated team of over 350 people. The company has strengthened partnerships with leading retailers and expanded its presence through 26 exclusive brand stores across the country. Shoppers also find Electrolux-branded appliances on popular online platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.

The company’s commitment to quality and service is reflected in a Consumer Star Rating of 4.90 (out of 5) as of April 2025, up from 4.54 in 2023. This exceptional rating highlights the strong trust and satisfaction among Indian consumers.
The exclusive Electrolux brand stores offer premium shopping experiences and have received over 3,000 consumer reviews, averaging an excellent rating of 4.94. Driven by very positive reviews growing month on month and a best-in-class retail experience, the Electrolux brand stores often appear among the top Google search results for places to buy home appliances in India with visibility for the brand itself continuing to grow steadily.
Experience centers boost brand visibility
Following the success of the first Experience Center in Delhi, the team in India opened additional centers in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. These locations are more than just showrooms; they are lively hubs for customer interaction, hosting events such as masterclasses, book launches and partner meetups to boost brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Leading in refrigeration
Refrigeration is a key product category for Electrolux in India, driven by consumer trust in intuitive freshness technologies. Electrolux is now ranked among the top three brands for multi-door refrigerators at leading retail chains in India.
Baking Royalty campaign and 2024 focus
During the summer of 2024, the company activated a focused effort in the Food Preparation range, with ovens leading as the anchor category. The “Baking Royalty” campaign took center stage, helping to strengthen visibility in the premium kitchen segment. Local sourcing of built-in hobs, hoods and front-load washers has also commenced to support future growth.
Key milestones on our journey in India so far include:
