Electrolux Group continues to set the standard in design excellence, earning 12 prestigious iF Design Awards for outstanding product design, sustainability and user experience in both Electrolux and AEG brand appliances.
The iF Design Award is one of the most important design prizes in the world. This year, the competition received more than 10,000 entries from over 60 countries. The jury of independent experts from all over the world evaluates submissions based on idea, form, function, differentiation and a new criterion, sustainability.
“We can be proud of our performance, as the jury once again recognized our design, functionality and sustainability as a winning combination,” says David Bentham, Head of Design for Wellbeing (Floor, Air and Water Care) and Small Domestic Appliances. “Thank you to the teams that brought these products to the market.”
“This year’s awards reaffirm that our outstanding designs in User Interface (UI) continue to be a key differentiator for our brands. We are very pleased by this recognition and will remain committed to driving innovation and creating game-changing designs,” says Rafael Alonso, Head of Design for Product Line Taste.
“I couldn’t be more proud of this year’s iF Awards. The recognition validates our exceptional design as our main strength, highlighting both form and function, with user experience as a core differentiator in our design recognition and brand image,” says Clarissa Biolchini, Head of Design and Consumer Insights, Latin America.
