Patrick Minogue appointed as Head of Region North America 

Patrick Minogue has been appointed as Head of Region North America for Electrolux Group, succeeding Ricardo Cons who will retire from his position at the end of 2025.

Patrick Minogue has two decades of experience in the consumer goods industry, most recently serving as President of U.S. Coffee for Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Over his 10-year tenure, he led category expansion, accelerated e-commerce growth, scaled the D2C business, and advanced the strategic agenda for the company’s USD 4bn U.S. Coffee portfolio. Prior to that, he held several senior positions within Bacardi and MillerCoors with roles leading commercial transformation, customer marketing and brand management.

Patrick Minogue will join Electrolux Group on November 10 and will take on the formal role as Head of Region North America on January 1, 2026. During this time, Ricardo Cons and Patrick Minogue will work closely together to ensure stable leadership and a smooth transition.

Patrick Minogue will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Harvard College. He will report to Yannick Fierling and be part of Group Management.
