Effective June 19, 2025, Vincent Rotger is joining Electrolux Group to take on the role of Chief Strategy Officer, heading the Business Development organizational area.
Rotger replaces Henrik Dagberg, who currently holds the role and decided to leave the Group. In the role of Chief Strategy Officer, Rotger will be responsible for our business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and he will report to Yannick Fierling, Group CEO.
He has nearly three decades of experience within the home appliance industry, having worked for Whirlpool and Haier in a variety of roles. Rotger most recently comes from a startup focused on sustainable home appliances.
“I’m passionate about sustainability, so I’m very much looking forward to joining Electrolux Group, which is at the forefront in this area,” says Rotger.
Fierling says, “I want to thank Henrik for his heavy involvement in our strategy development over his years with the Group. He’s leaving behind a mark on the company that we will see for years to come. I also want to extend a warm welcome to Vincent, who will be stepping into these responsibilities and continuing the great work already underway.”
Rotger will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
