Consumer goods expert to lead Electrolux ANZ
Kurt Hegvold has been appointed Managing Director Australia & New Zealand, succeeding John Featherstone who resigned earlier this year.
Mr Hegvold’s appointment, which takes effect from September 9th, was announced today from Singapore by Enrique Patrickson, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Sales Electrolux – APAC & MEA.
Mr Patrickson said he was delighted to have Mr Hegvold lead the company’s Australian and New Zealand operations. “Kurt’s extensive operational and people leadership experience in major Global consumer centric organisations, including Sorbent, SC Johnson and PepsiCo make him the ideal choice to head our business in Australia and New Zealand.”
Mr Hegvold was most recently Chief Executive Officer with Sorbent Tissue company and Managing Director ANZ at SC Johnson immediately prior.
