Moghaddampoor – an electro-mechanical engineer working for the Food Preparation R&D team in the EMEA region – is just one of many millennials who joined Electrolux eager to build an international career and use his expertise to drive change.

Moghaddampoor grew up in Iran, coding computer games for fun. So when he was faced with a repetitive data entry job, it was natural for him to automate the task. He developed a software ‘robot’ or program that copies the actions that would otherwise be performed by a human on a computer. His application saves time and eliminates errors.

“As a new employee, it was amazing to have been given the trust and support from my managers to develop this idea,” said Moghaddampoor.”Going for a pizza or after-work drink with my bosses, I am free to share ideas with them.”
