That’s why Electrolux has developed the new SpacePlus range where the internal space is increased without breaking the standard external dimension limit.
Recent research shows that consumers are becoming more and more careful with how they spend their time. One effect of this is that people tend to buy more groceries at a time and less frequently than before. This in turn means that consumers need more storage space.

For the at home chef, increased storage space means the ability to store a multitude of ingredients allowing for spontaneous dinner parties and creative cooking.
The SpacePlus is equipped with the following features:
- Extra large vegetable drawer. 42 liters of easy access storage with pull-out opening system and an internal divider that makes it easy to organize your fruits and vegetables. More than 100 apples can be stored inside!!
- Extra large freezer drawer. An 44 liters transparent drawer that can accommodate big items as for example a turkey
- Space saving bottle rack. No need to move around bulky bottles to fit in your groceries. 5 big bottles can be stored horizontally; perfect for wine as well as soft drinks
The SpacePlus range also comes equipped with the FreeStore™ system. FreeStore™ is a dynamic circulation system that evenly distributes both temperature and humidity within the refrigerator. This allows consumers to use the available space more efficiently. The SpacePlus range is a part of the Electrolux energy saving tradition and is labeled A+ for energy efficiency. This means that it uses 25 percent less energy than a regular A model.
The Electrolux SpacePlus range is the widest in the market including all typologies: fridge/freezer with top or bottom freezer, upright or table topfridges and freezers.
