Lilian Fossum new head of Organizational development and management resources in the Electrolux Group

Lilian Fossum has been appointed new head of Group staff Organizational development and management resources in the Electrolux Group. Lillian Fossum, 38, is today Executive Vice President and business development manager at the listed Swedish brewery and beverage supplier Spendrups.

Her predecessor, Mike Regan, will become managing director for the Group’s holding company in the UK and maintain responsibility for human resources. As Senior Vice President Organizational development and management resources, Lilian Fossum will be part of the Group management team and report to CEO and President Michael Treschow.

Lilian Fossum started at Spendrups in 1996 as Chief Financial Officer. Before that she was business development manager for the consumer division at Swedish power supply company Vattenfall. She has held executive positions in wholesale and retail sales in the Axel Johnson Group, and worked as management consultant for McKinsey.

She will assume her position on September 1.
