Gregoire Letort joins Electrolux as Chief Purchasing Officer, succeeding Francois Van Caeyzeele, who left Electrolux to pursue external opportunities.
As the new head of Purchasing, Letort is leading Purchasing’s organizational transformation including developing strategic processes across functions to further leverage and capitalize on Electrolux global strength.
He is also a member of the Global Operations Major Appliances management team.
“Electrolux has a world-class purchasing team,” says Electrolux President and CEO Keith McLoughlin. “Under Greg’s leadership, Electrolux will continue unlocking synergies and optimizing global purchasing so that we meet our aggressive targets by 2015.”
Before joining Electrolux, Letort has held a wide range of leadership roles in global purchasing positions in companies such as General Electric and Areva.
Letort began his new role in October, 2011, and is based in Stockholm.
