In 2017, Electrolux launched the Global Engineer Program, an initiative offering internship and career development opportunities at its locations worldwide to a group of young male and female engineers. Find out what the first group of interns thinks about life at Electrolux.
The Global Engineer Program brings huge advantages for both interns and Electrolux. Electrolux benefits from attracting new talent, new skills and new mindsets, while the interns get the chance to build a career at a global international company, gain experience, and to work in a diverse environment.
The interns, half of which are men and half of which are women, are spread across the globe – from Sweden and Germany to Italy and Brazil, including upcoming positions in China and the United States – and they will be working on several innovative projects around automation, digitalization, connected consumer experiences, the smart factory, digital commerce and the supply chain connected to it.
“I’m very excited to be part of this program because I will definitely learn a lot with very talented people around me. I’m going to grow both personally and professionally and can also bring my own experiences and knowledge to the company,” says Bianca Frachetta Fernandes, Engineering Intern.
Electrolux is always looking for new talents that can contribute to the Electrolux journey to shape living for the better. For more information about life at Electrolux and open positions, visit: http://career.electroluxgroup.com/.
