The Electrolux Group is selling A/S Wodshow & Co., a Danish manufacturer
of professional mixers for food preparation, to the Swedish company Sveba-Dahlén Trading AB. Sveba-Dahlén is a Swedish distributor of Wodshow’s products.
A/S Wodshow is a world-leading producer of mixers for bakeries and industrial kitchens. In 1999, sales were SEK 80 million. The company has some 80 employees.
The transaction is effective as of June 1, 2000. A/S Wodshow has been a part of the business sector Electrolux Professional Indoor Products.
