Electrolux held its sixth annual Supplier Awards event in Stockholm, on October 16, 2018, recognizing its top suppliers for their outstanding performance.

Electrolux gathered 29 finalists from more than 3,000 suppliers for a one-day event in Stockholm, Sweden, to engage suppliers on key topics and best practices about co-development, supplier development, innovation and sustainability.
“Our suppliers play an important role in supporting Electrolux being a sustainability leader in the industry. They are key to spreading our commitment to sustainable social and environmental practices throughout the supply chain”, says Jonas Samuelson, President & CEO of Electrolux.
At the awards ceremony, 13 suppliers were recognized with winning prizes in three categories: Supplier Excellence, Supplier Innovation and Global Service Provider.

Supplier Excellence
The Supplier Excellence Award recognizes operational excellence in product development, price competitiveness, quality and the supply chain, as well as social and environmental practices. Suppliers nominated for this award have demonstrated a sustainable performance record that enables Electrolux factories to produce the most competitive home appliances with the best quality.
Winners: Brascabos (Major Appliances Latin America), Petro Pac (Major Appliances North America), Diehl Controls (Major Appliances EMEA), Jiaxipera (Major Appliances Asia Pacific), Dinair (Home Care & Small Domestic Appliances), OMAS (Professional).
Supplier Innovation
The Supplier Innovation Awards recognize collaboration between Electrolux and its suppliers to develop new innovative components and features that make a difference to Group products and consumers.
Winners: OMS Besser Group (Dish Care), Jones Plastic & Engineering (Fabric Care), Microsemi (Food Preparation), KX Technologies (Food Preservation), Murata (Home Care & Small Domestic Appliances), Talent Plastics (Professional).
Global Service Provider
The Global Service Provider Award recognizes service providers with the highest quality of service, innovation and impact that contributes to creating outstanding consumer experiences. The suppliers nominated for this award support Electrolux to continuously improve, acts sustainably, and are actively looking for opportunities to help us drive digitalization.
