Electrolux Group wins three Red Dot Design Awards

Discover the three award-winning products from Electrolux Group that secured Red Dot Design Awards in this year’s Product category – each representing excellence from across our product lines.

“Winning these Red Dot Awards is a powerful acknowledgment of how design is inspirational as well as it drives value creation. From rethinking what’s possible in the home oven, to elevating everyday care and timeless Scandinavian expression, these products show how thoughtful, human‑centered design can make advanced technology feel natural in the home,” says Joaquín García, Global Head of Design at Electrolux Group.

Here are the winners:

Pizza Experience

Traditional home ovens cannot reach or sustain the temperatures required for authentic pizza baking.  This solution aims to remove those barriers and enable high‑heat pizza cooking indoors, year‑round, without additional appliances or operational complexity.

The Stone Baked Pizza range launched in North America in 2025 and is rolling out across European markets in spring 2026 (called PizzaExpert). It is a fully integrated oven solution that reaches temperatures above 750°F (400°C) and bakes a 14‑inch pizza in as little as two minutes. A dedicated Pizza Mode creates a precisely controlled heat zone that replicates professional oven conditions.

The consistent high‑temperature cavity environment eliminates the stress of constant monitoring for consumers. The system includes a baking stone, pizza peel, and heat shield developed as a cohesive ecosystem while preserving everyday functionality. More than 15 additional cooking modes are available, ensuring versatility beyond pizza.

AEG N.E.W. FAVORIT / N.E.W. Electrolux Dishwasher Range

With whisper-quiet operation at 35 dB, energy efficiency of A-10% and water consumption as low as 8.4 liters, the N.E.W. Favorit dishwasher range combines functional innovation, ergonomic design and responsible resource use to deliver a dishwasher that meets modern expectations for performance, flexibility, and sustainability.

Launched in 2025, it has flexible racks that accommodate deep bowls, oven trays, and varied crockery, while dedicated solutions secure delicate different-sized glasses including stemmed champagne flutes and beer glasses. A new adaptable cutlery tray ensures efficient use of space, and features such as EasyFlex baskets and ComfortLift® (on selected models) enhance adaptability and ergonomics.

The SmartSelect Connect interface uses a time-based control system that reflects user behavior and provides eco-feedback at the right moment, nudging the user to make a better program choice.

The dishwasher range is currently being rolled out in Europe, and in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) in early 2027.

Electrolux Nordic Timeless Collection/AEG Design Collection

This collection brings together six small kitchen products, each shaped by our Scandinavian design heritage and guiding values. The range reflects the warm, familiar character of the home, drawing on the colors and tactile qualities of ceramic and stoneware to ensure every piece fits naturally into any kitchen setting. Clean silhouettes, soft radii and refined, uncluttered forms express our “Made for the Home” philosophy with clarity and purpose.

Designed with a strong focus on human experience, the collection features intuitive interfaces that make everyday cooking simple and enjoyable. Clear white LED icons highlight essential functions, while soft, well‑proportioned handles with a comfortable finger recess offer confident grip and improved ergonomics. Across the range, each product is developed to save time, reduce effort and deliver consistently reliable results.

The collection will be launched in Europe and Asia-Pacific (APAC) in September 2026.
