Cutting carbon where it counts
The product life-cycle approach guides the Group in reducing its carbon footprint by indicating the carbon dioxide impact of raw-material extraction, manufacturing, transportation, use and end-of-life treatment.

Through its climate strategy, Electrolux is committed to help tackle climate change. The strategy comprises of promoting the most water- and energy-efficient and climate-smart products, raising consumers' awareness about the importance of energy-efficient appliances and reducing energy use by 28% between 2005 and 2012.
