Every manager at Electrolux has the responsibility to be both a people leader and a business leader.

By this we mean a leader who is customer and market focused, but at the same time developing the team through clear objectives, delegation, feedback and recognition. A leader should be growth-oriented and have good business judgment, but at the same time s/he must foster cooperation, mutual respect and diversity. A leader also needs to be focused on communicating effectively to all his or her employees.
