Electrolux included in Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for the fourth consecutive year

Electrolux has once again been recognized for sustainability leadership. The prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) includes the 10% best-in-class economic, environmental and social performers among the world’s 2,500 largest companies.

Launched in 1999, the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes track the financial performance of the leading sustainability-driven companies worldwide. Based on the cooperation of Dow Jones Indexes and Sustainable Asset Management (SAM), an independent asset management company headquartered in Zurich, the indices provide asset managers with reliable and objective benchmarks to manage sustainability portfolios. The indices follow a best-in-class approach and include sustainability leaders from each industry on a global and regional level, respectively. The evaluation is based on criteria such as corporate governance, risk management, branding, climate change mitigation, supply chain standards and labor practices.
