After speculation in local media in Chile, Electrolux confirms that it is in discussions with Sigdo Koppers regarding a potential acquisition of the appliance manufacturer Compañia Tecno Industrial S.A (CTI), listed on the Santiago Stock Exchange in Chile, and its subsidiaries.
