Awards and recognition

Rating agencies and sustainability rankings have recognized Electrolux commitment and performance to sustainability over the last year.

Electrolux has been included in the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) for 2014, and retained its position as Industry Leader in the Household Durables category for the eighth consecutive year. In this annual assessment, published by RobecoSAM, Electrolux was also included in DJSI Europe.

Electrolux has been recognized as a leader for the depth and quality of climate change data it has disclosed to investors and the global marketplace through CDP. Electrolux has been awarded a position on the Nordic Climate Disclosure Leadership Index (CDLI), in the CDP Nordic 2014 report - Natural capital disclosure for business resilience.

 

Global Compact 100

 

Electrolux has for the second year running been included as a constituent in the Global Compact 100, a stock index composed of companies which have signed the United Nations Global Compact. The index, which was launched in 2013 in partnership with research firm Sustainalytics, is now a real-time, quoted index appearing alongside other global financial data on Bloomberg investor terminals.

Electrolux is included in the Global CSR Rep Trak list of 100. The study ranks 100 most reputable companies based on their CSR reputation. The score reflects a company’s performance in Citizenship, Governance and Workplace dimensions driving reputation.

For the third consecutive year, Electrolux has been ranked Industry Leader Household Durables in RobecoSAM’s Sustainability Yearbook, an annual rating of companies’ sustainability performance. Industry Mover, Leader and Gold Class.
